Immigration Evaluations are conducted in order to provide supporting evidence for legal immigration cases. This process examines and details the possibility of extreme hardship and psychological distress in the event the immigrant is deported. These assessments include a comprehensive psychological history, the current presenting problems, and a review of psychological hardship relevant to the case and are often critical in determining deportation to life-threatening circumstances or whether a family is able to stay together.
